Kurt S. Schroeder 

Kurt Schroeder's practice is primarily concentrated in the areas of real estate law, estate planning and probate and business law. He has represented real estate developers throughout southwestern Illinois, and has extensive experience in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate development. In addition, he represents a variety of other clients including banks, hospitals, school districts and numerous closely held businesses. A graduate of Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville and Washington University School of Law, Kurt is a frequent lecturer for various groups and professional organizations and has authored the "Tax Considerations" chapter of the Basic Real 

Estate Practice Handbook published by the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education.  Kurt is a member of the Board of Education for Belleville Township High School District 201, Executive Board Member and Vice President of Finance for the Okaw Valley Council Boy Scouts of America and a Director of Junior Achievement of East St. Louis and Masterworks Chorale.
