Kurt Schroeder's practice is primarily concentrated in the areas of real estate law, estate planning and probate and business law. He has represented real estate developers throughout southwestern Illinois, and has extensive experience in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate development. In addition, he represents a variety of other clients including banks, hospitals, school districts and numerous closely held businesses.
