Christine has extensive experience in matters of family law with nearly 17 years of service as an Assistant State’s Attorney in the Madison County State’s Attorney’s Office, Child Support Division. During that time, she served as Lead Attorney for the division from 1996-2011. Christine joined MM&R in 2011 following its merger with Coffey & McCracken Law Firm, where she previously served as an associate.

Professional Affiliations

Christine is a member of the Board of Directors of Illinois Family Support Enforcement Association (IFSEA) and a member of the National Child Support Enforcement Association. She is a member of the Madison County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and the Missouri Bar.

Christine received the “Best Practices Award” in 2007 from the Illinois Department of Healthcare & Family Services at its Training Conference. She is also a guest judge at the University of Illinois’ Moot Court Competition and a frequent lecturer on child support related topics for Illinois Family Support Enforcement Association.

Community Involvement

An active member of the community, Christine volunteers her time to Land of Lincoln Legal Assistance Foundation and is active as a volunteer at her church, Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.

Education

Christine received her B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Saint Louis University in May 1989 where she graduated cum laude. In 1993 she received her JD also from Saint Louis University.
