David A Gusewelle is an associate at Mathis, Marifian & Richter (MM&R), who focuses his practice in litigation and bankruptcy.

David is a dedicated attorney who has the abilities and experience to help his clients. He has managed several dozen civil cases as well as managing real estate law cases and transactions. Additionally, he represents corporate and individual clients in bankruptcy. His trial experience, client-first attitude and professionalism make him an asset to the MM&R team.

Prior to joining MM&R, David worked as an associate attorney focusing in litigation, banking and real estate for a St. Louis-based law firm and under counsel for one of the world’s largest petroleum companies.

Community Involvement

David is currently president of the Mid St. Louis County Chapter of the Jaycees and is also a past board member of the Jaycees. David also volunteers his time at a variety of community events and fundraisers and enjoys giving back to the community.

Education

David received a BS of Business Administration from the University of Missouri- Columbia where he graduated magna cum laude in 2002. He graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2005.
