Sandra has extensive background in providing legal counsel for a myriad of issues including foreclosures, mechanics liens, adult guardianship, real estate law, creditors’ rights, civil litigation, probate litigation and more. A member of Coffey & McCracken Law firm since 2002, Sandra joined MM&R in 2011 following a merger that combined the talents of some of the most respected attorneys in southern Illinois.

Sandra is a member of the Madison County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, the Missouri Bar and Illinois Creditors Bar Association. She is also licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Central Districts of Illinois. Sandra has served as an arbitrator for the Madison County Mandatory Arbitration Center and as a lecturer for a variety of professional organizations including National Business Institute, Women’s Philanthropy & Leadership Workshop and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, School of Dental Medicine. These lectures included topics such as “The Foreclosure Process in Illinois,” “Collection Law Tips and Strategies,” “Share Your Passion: Start a Non-Profit” and “Legal Issues and the Elderly.” She holds a BV Distinguished attorney rating by Martindale-Hubbell.

Community Involvement

Sandra served as a member of Edwardsville Business and Professional Women from 2004 to 2007 and was Secretary in 2005 to 2007.

Sandra received her B.S. from Truman State University in 1998. In 2002, she received her J.D. from Southern Illinois University School of Law in Carbondale, Illinois.
