| Laura K. Grandy Laura
Grandy characterizes her job as giving business clients and individuals
a second chance, a fresh start. She concentrates practice in corporate
reorganizations, bankruptcy and banking, representing both creditors
and debtors in a variety of matters including
fraudulent conveyance actions, dischargeabilitv
actions, foreclosure, loan workout, loan documentation
and regulatory compliance. Laura successfully argued a case before the
United States Supreme Court.
Currently, she is serving as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the United States Bankruptcy
Court for the Southern District of Illinois
and is a popular lecturer.
Laura also actively participates in a
number of community and civic
organizations.
