New Law Office Opens in Nashville
The Nashville News, Nashville, IL
Belleville-based law firm Mathis, Marifian, Richter & Grandy, Ltd. (MMR&G) has announced it will expand its practice in Southern Illinois with the opening of a new office located at 277 East Walnut Street in Nashville. The office was to be open for business Tuesday, July 1.
The firm, which currently serves clients throughout the St. Louis area, Metro East and Southern Illinois, will offer a full range of services at its new office, with special emphasis on real estate, estate planning, probate, wills and trusts, banking, tax matters and business formation, while also offering clients access to extensive commercial and tort litigation expertise.
Two existing shareholders with the firm, Brad Small of Hoyleton and Kevin Stine of Okawville, will serve as the principal attorneys and will be in charge of operations at the Nashville office.
With nearly 30 years of experience, Small focuses his practice in the representation of banking and other financial institutions and handles probate, real estate and commercial work. Stine joined MMR&G to more conveniently serve his current Washington County client base, as well as attract new clients from the area.
For Small, who previously served as a partner with another Nashville-based law firm from 1979–1990, it represents a return to familiar territory and the opportunity to provide an extensive array of legal services, including access to specialists in the personal injury area to clients from Nashivlle and the surrounding communities, who may not want to make the trip to the Metro East or St. Louis.
Established in 1984, Mathis, Marifian, Richter & Grandy, Ltd. has emerged as one of the most trusted and respected law firms in the St. Louis and Southern Illinois areas. MMR&G’s principals and associates possess knowledge and experience in practice areas that include business law, taxation, estate planning, employee benefits, banking law, bankruptcy, and commercial and tort litigation.
