CAVATAIO TO SERVE AS SECRETARY OF GIRL SCOUTS OF SOUTHERN ILLINOIS

BELLEVILLE, IL., May 20, 2011 . . .Lorraine Cavataio, a shareholder at Mathis, Marifian & Richter, Ltd., was recently selected to serve as secretary of the Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois (GSSI).

Cavataio is a principal attorney and Certified Public Accountant with Mathis, Marifian, & Richter in Belleville.  She specializes in business law, probate and trust administration, estate planning and real estate. Cavataio was a girl member and is a Girl Scout Lifetime Member. She serves on GSSI’s Bylaws Task Force and Audit Committee. Cavataio currently serves on the Boards of Directors for St. Clair West Rotary Foundation, St. Clair County Bar Foundation, Meredith Memorial Home and the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education.
