William J. is a principal with MMR&G. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and tort litigation, corporate, business and energy law. Bill has represented a wide range of clients, including automobile and other national and international manufacturers, utilities and railroads, as well as hospitals and physicians. Bill has had a major role in the reorganization and formation of holding companies for several of the largest midwestern energy companies. His experience includes handling major tort litigation, class actions, product liability, medical malpractice, wrongful discharge and discrimination cases. He is an author and speaker, has been appointed to the Missouri Public Service Commission Task Force Legal Committee and the Illinois
