S. Schuver Mark
concentrates in tort and commercial litigation:
Product liability, worker's compensation,
medical malpractice, wrongful discharge,
premises liability and personal injury. During
his career, Mark has represented a wide range of
clients, including local hospitals and health
care providers, local businesses, national and
international product manufacturers, retailers
and railroads. He
has also represented utility companies in
connection with energy deregulation in Illinois
and other states. Mark maintains a substantial
appellate practice and has experience in both
state and Federal Courts. Although his practice
is focused primarily on the southern Illinois
and St. Louis metropolitan regions, Mark has
also represented the interests of
